EQUAL OPPORTUNITY STATEMENT

Share Corporation believes in equal employment opportunity. Our organizational success depends on the effective utilization of qualified people regardless of age, race, creed, color, disability, marital status, sex, national origin, ancestry, religion, veteran’s status, or any other characteristic protected by law. It is the responsibility of every employee of Share Corporation to give this nondiscrimination policy full support through leadership and personal example.

Any applicant or employee who believes that he or she has been the subject of unlawful discrimination should immediately report the matter to his or her supervisor. If the employee believes that said supervisor in any way participated in and/or caused unlawful discrimination, he or she should immediately report the matter to the head of the Human Resource Department or to the President of Share Corporation.

Share Corporation forbids retaliation against anyone for reporting discrimination or otherwise assisting in the investigation of such a complaint.

It is the policy of Share Corporation to investigate all complaints of discrimination and retaliation thoroughly and promptly. Share Corporation will, to the greatest extent possible, maintain the confidentiality of those involved in the investigation. If the investigation confirms that discrimination or retaliation has occurred, Share Corporation will take appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including discharge.

This, like other policies of Share Corporation, reinforces Share Corporation’s tradition of developing and maintaining a professional, efficient and progressive organization comprised of people who respect one another and who believe in the company’s high ideals. It is the responsibility of all management, supervisors, and other employees to uphold this tradition and ensure that prohibited discrimination and retaliation does not occur.
