- A person that markets their products to the same type of buyers Share markets its products to-municipalities, schools, hospitals, utility companies, commercial businesses, manufacturing plants, industrial plants, food processing plants and golf courses.
- A person who sells to the end user.
- A person who has a "substantial amount" of active accounts.
- A person with good relationships with the buyers of the aforementioned accounts.
- A person who has personally opened a majority of the aforementioned accounts.
- A person who is earning an acceptable amount of commissions from sales sold to these accounts.
- A person willing to document past success in earnings with good customer relations and length of tenure.
